Job title: IT Support Specialist Role Summary: Provide responsive technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage IT assets, and support onboarding/offboarding processes within a growth-oriented fintech environment. Expactations: Deliver timely, secure, and compliant IT support; maintain accurate asset inventory; ensure adherence to security baselines (SOC2, ISO 27001); collaborate with Security and Operations teams on incident response and service restoration; contribute to continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve end‑user hardware, software, and connectivity problems across macOS, Windows, Linux, and remote environments. - Install, configure, and maintain end‑user devices and operating systems with required security hardening. - Manage user access provisioning, MFA/SSO, and de‑provisioning via centralized identity tools. - Monitor and maintain endpoint protection, VPN connectivity, and network access controls. - Maintain IT asset inventory, track licensing, and secure decommissioning. - Participate in incident response and service restoration. - Support system updates, patching, and backup validation for workstations and cloud systems. - Collaborate on data‑protection, access control, and configuration‑management compliance. - Contribute to IT documentation, user training, and process enhancements.
