**Job Title** Inside Sales Specialist **Role Summary** Operate as the primary B2B liaison for a consumer financing platform, managing merchant accounts across Canada. The role focuses on driving partner growth, reactivating underperforming accounts, and ensuring merchants and internal teams are fully trained and compliant with risk and approval processes. **Expectations** - Minimum 1 year of direct sales, account management, or B2B customer‑success experience. - Comfortable operating under tight deadlines and in a fast‑paced environment. - Availability 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday‑Friday. - Demonstrated ability to build rapport with business owners, finance managers, and sales teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, nurture, and manage ongoing relationships with merchant partners and internal stakeholders. - Drive partner volume growth by reactivating underperforming accounts and expanding transaction volume. - Conduct proactive outreach, tailored follow‑ups, and maintain regular communication on program updates. - Triage dealer loan inquiries to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution. - Provide product knowledge and sales consultation to increase partner activity. - Train new merchant staff on the platform’s tools and processes. - Monitor and enforce compliance with approval and risk requirements. - Collaborate with Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to optimise the sales journey. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication; adept at building relationships with business stakeholders. - Excellent customer‑service orientation with the ability to address diverse client needs. - Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high‑pressure setting. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated. - Positive, team‑player mindset with a commitment to results. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. - No specific certifications required. ---
