**Job Title:** Senior Brand Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the strategic development and execution of global 360° brand marketing initiatives for Maison Margiela and its MM6 line, ensuring alignment with the brand’s creative DNA, commercial goals, and cultural relevance. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive visibility, storytelling, and business performance.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury fashion brand marketing.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of organization, result‑orientation, and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing to translate brand strategy into global go‑to‑market plans for MM and MM6.
- Oversee day‑to‑day project management: timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Brief and coordinate PR, Social, Digital, Media, Events, Visual Merchandising, and E‑commerce teams for cohesive brand activations.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing for seasonal collections, runway shows, product launches, iconic product highlights, and storytelling moments.
- Identify and pursue cultural opportunities, partnerships, and emerging platforms to expand audience reach.
- Align global strategies with regional executions, ensuring consistency with brand codes.
- Monitor cultural trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic reviews.
- Produce and present key marketing documents: launch toolkits, quarterly business reviews, competitive reports, asset inventories, and storytelling guidelines.
- Preserve Maison Margiela’s unconventional spirit while ensuring operational excellence.
