Job Description
**Job Title** Operational Marketing and Communications Manager **Role Summary** Lead the design, execution and analysis of commercial activation and 360‑degree communication campaigns across retail and e‑commerce channels. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, manage budgets and timelines, and drive measurable impact for the brand. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing operations or communications role, preferably in a consumer‑goods or retail environment. - Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. - Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Co‑construct and roll‑out the commercial activation plan in partnership with Brand & Communication leadership. - Develop a comprehensive communication plan aligned with business objectives. - Coordinate and implement 360° activation campaigns (retail and e‑commerce), ensuring consistent information flow to all relevant departments. - Define goals, target audiences, and resources for each activation. - Monitor performance, analyse results, and optimise campaigns using key performance indicators. - Manage budget allocation and schedule across all marketing initiatives. - Lead a team of three communications and marketing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback. - Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy. **Required Skills** - Strategic planning & program management. - Campaign development for integrated retail and digital channels. - Data analysis and KPI reporting. - Budget management. - Team leadership and stakeholder coordination. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and office software. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. - Professional certification in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, or Project Management is a plus.
