Job Description
**Job Title** Assistant (Opérations et Expérience Client) – Internship **Role Summary** Support the Head of Customer & Space Management by coordinating client operations, improving onboarding/offboarding experiences, managing complex support tickets, tracking KPIs, and leading cross‑functional improvement projects. Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and proactive decision‑making. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality operational support in a fast‑paced, startup environment. - Balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day operational tasks. - Communicate professionally in French (written and spoken). - Demonstrate autonomy, reliability, and a collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client Operations Management** - Monitor and enhance client onboarding and off‑boarding journeys. - Track and analyze client satisfaction, churn, and KPI metrics. 2. **Ticket & Issue Resolution** - Handle complex client tickets in partnership with the Space Management team. 3. **Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement** - Participate in initiatives to improve customer experience, digital processes, and organizational structure. - Coordinate special projects with Sales, Architecture, Support, and Tech teams. 4. **Management Support** - Relay the CCO’s directives to teams, facilitate meetings, and prepare internal communications. - Contribute to staffing decisions and workload balancing across the department. 5. **Scheduling & Decision Support** - Organize agendas, prepare Board/Executive meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action plans. - Assist in daily prioritization and resource allocation. **Required Skills** - Mastery of Notion (or equivalent project‑management tool). - Excellent French written and spoken communication. - Ability to navigate between strategic analysis and operational execution. - Strong organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail. - Positive, humorous, team‑oriented attitude with a desire to foster a collaborative atmosphere. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or recent graduate (Bac +3 to +5) in business school, engineering program, or equivalent university degree. ---
