**Job Title:** Business Development & Alliances Manager **Role Summary** Lead strategic collaboration and project management initiatives with pharmaceutical and biotech partners to advance drug development programs using AI-driven clinical and biological data solutions. **Expectations** Strategic ownership of cross-functional projects, stakeholder relationship-building, and delivery of science-based insights to accelerate drug development. Requires coordination of internal/external resources and scientific communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and execute complex projects for pharmaceutical/biotech clients across drug development stages. - Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (e.g., clinical, translational, and program leaders). - Translate scientific requirements into actionable deliverables for clinical and drug development. - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including contracts, data sharing, results delivery, and final reporting. - Provide scientific and strategic support for presentations, publications, and project summaries. - Represent organizational expertise at scientific forums and develop promotional materials. - Align project outcomes with client value drivers and ensure adherence to timelines/budgets. **Required Skills** - Advanced scientific communication: Distill complex biomedical and clinical concepts into clear narratives. - Cross-functional project management: Coordinate teams and resources across technical, clinical, and business domains. - Strategic partnership management: Identify opportunities, negotiate collaborations, and maintain stakeholder alignment. - Drug development expertise: Deep understanding of oncology clinical trials and lifecycle management. - Scientific presentation and outreach: Deliver training, presentations, and competitive analyses. - Business acumen: Apply market analysis and strategic planning to partnership initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications** - PhD, PharmD, or MD in cancer biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field (minimum requirement). - Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry (project management, business development, or medical affairs roles).
