**Job Title** Customer Marketing Campaign Manager **Role Summary** Develop and execute data‑driven lifecycle marketing campaigns that generate expansion pipeline for Sales and Customer Success. Own end‑to‑end strategy, creative, execution, and performance measurement to drive adoption, upsell, and revenue growth among existing customers. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable pipeline outcomes (pipeline created, ARR uplift, conversion rates). - Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. - Turn opportunities into qualitative growth through automation, segmentation, and in‑product messaging. **Key Responsibilities** - Run expansion-focused campaigns that drive customer pipeline for Sales and Customer Success. - Identify and resolve operational/process bottlenecks affecting expansion. - Design lifecycle marketing strategies for adoption, upsell, and cross‑sell in existing accounts. - Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align campaign plays with account goals. - Build personalized, triggered campaigns based on customer signals (renewal cycles, feature usage, etc.). - Leverage in‑product messaging, lifecycle emails, webinars, and video to promote feature adoption. - Develop segmentation frameworks by adoption stage, account tier, and opportunity type. - Own campaign end‑to‑end lifecycle: strategy, creative, execution, reporting. - Measure and report on effectiveness, optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement. - Keep campaign documentation and insights for future initiatives. - Monitor competitive marketing activities and identify differentiation opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, etc.). - Ability to create high‑fidelity one‑page assets using Canva, Word, etc. - Solid written communication: email copy, benefit messaging, webinar talking points. - Basic data visualization with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools. - Video creation: recording, slide overlay, stitching. - Project management: prioritize, coordinate multi‑stakeholder initiatives around product releases. - Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. - Tech‑savvy, able to understand and articulate product benefits to customers. - Go‑getter attitude, resilient in fast‑changing environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Professional certifications in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or data visualization tools preferred.
