**Job Title:** Copywriter
**Role Summary:**
Mid‑level copywriter responsible for developing integrated, multi‑channel campaign concepts and copy that align with client business objectives. Works with account, strategy, and production teams to deliver compelling storytelling across digital, social, print, video, and experiential media while demonstrating creative leadership and collaboration.
**Expectations:**
- Produce fresh, on‑trend work that reflects cultural, consumer, and media insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high quality.
- Communicate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients; begin leading meetings and presentations.
- Show initiative in mentorship, delegating tasks, and contributing to agency thought leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate integrated campaign ideas based on client brand, industry, and target audience.
- Write persuasive copy for digital/social platforms, presentations, manifestos, and final deliverables.
- Collaborate with account, strategy, production, and analytics teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals.
- Self‑edit and incorporate feedback; attend shoots, events, and edits as needed to ensure flawless execution.
- Participate in creative ideation sessions for brand identity, print, event activations, and other assets.
- Mentor junior staff, provide feedback, and assist in recruitment processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong conceptual thinking with an exceptional, up‑to‑date portfolio.
- Proficiency in multi‑channel copywriting (digital, social, video, print, experiential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas persuasively.
- Collaborative team player with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and integrate diverse ideas.
- Basic leadership abilities: delegation, feedback, and mentoring.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in PR, advertising, or digital/social marketing.
