**Job Title:** Guest Experience & Operations Virtual Assistant (AI Focus) **Role Summary:** Remote specialist who serves as the operational backbone for a luxury vacation‑rental portfolio, handling guest communications, managing property‑management and task‑automation systems, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows. Works independently during Eastern Time business hours with occasional after‑hours support. **Expectations:** - 1‑2+ years proven experience in short‑term rental or hospitality operations. - Full proficiency with Guesty PMS; ability to work without micromanagement. - Fluent English and Spanish communication. - Availability for a Friday–Tuesday, 8 AM–4 PM ET schedule; flexible for occasional off‑hour tasks. - Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements using AI. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to guest inquiries on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct channels, ensuring timely, courteous service. - Maintain and update Guesty PMS, Breezeway (or similar) task‑management, Google Sheets, and internal coordination tools. - Utilize AI (ChatGPT, Claude, AI image generators) to draft communications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation workflows. - Route maintenance, housekeeping, and service requests to the contractor network. - Assist with Canva graphic creation, social‑media coordination, and marketing material support. - Monitor existing AI automations, identify bottlenecks, and propose workflow enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Guesty PMS expertise (mandatory). - Strong written and verbal English; fluent Spanish. - AI‑tool proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, AI image tools such as Kling, Sora). - Experience with task‑management platforms (Breezeway preferred). - Basic Canva and social‑media content creation abilities (optional but valuable). - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and solve problems quickly. - Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., n8n) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Additional hospitality, property‑management, or related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
