**Job Title:** SVP, Global SRE and DevOps, Data & Technology **Role Summary** Lead global SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure operations to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. **Expectations** - Lead a distributed team of 20+ engineers across SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure. - Drive strategic direction for cloud architecture (Azure) and operational maturity. - Prioritize cross-functional collaboration, team growth, and sustainable innovation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Oversee reliability standards (SLOs, SLIs), monitoring, and cost optimization. 2. Guide architectural decisions and participate in global platform strategy forums. 3. Manage DevOps tooling, cloud infrastructure, and platform scalability. 4. Foster collaboration with product, engineering, security, and data teams. 5. Represent platform engineering in strategic planning and governance. 6. Mitigate risks and dependencies in infrastructure and tooling evolution. **Required Skills** - SRE principles (incident management, reliability metrics). - CI/CD pipelines, cloud automation (Azure), and infrastructure-as-code. - Observability tools and cost optimization strategies. - Leadership in DevOps strategy for SaaS platforms. - Stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Proven 10+ years in engineering roles, including large-scale platform management. - Demonstrated expertise in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and technical architecture. - Advanced proficiency in GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Snowflake DevOps practices preferred.
