Job Title: Intern – Development Packaging
Role Summary: Support the Filorga Cosmetics R&D Packaging Development team during product launch and revision cycles, acting as a liaison between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the Master Data team to ensure packaging solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
Expatations: Deliver on-schedule project tasks from February to end of July 2026, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and continuous improvement; build knowledge of packaging materials, design processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse marketing briefs and translate them into packaging specifications.
- Brief suppliers on packaging and colour proposals, monitor submissions, and validate designs with marketing teams.
- Coordinate qualification of primary and secondary packaging, addressing quality issues and incorporating eco‑responsible approaches.
- Collaborate with the in‑house studio, regulatory, supply, and other departments to drive packaging design reviews.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and reverse schedules; raise risk alerts and ensure smooth execution.
- Work with the Master Data team to create or modify product codes, packaging items, nomenclatures, and logistics data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by drafting/updating procedures and testing new work methods.
Required Skills:
- Engineering background (mechanics, materials, industrial design, or general engineering); packaging specialization a plus.
- Interest in consumer products and packaging; prior experience as an assistant project manager or in packaging (contractor, supplier) preferred.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, shaping techniques, and the graphic design chain.
- Proficient with IT tools (Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP familiarity (SAP or other) advantageous.
- Strong synthesis, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities; dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, curious, and responsive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with multiple departments and external partners.
- Professional‑level English proficiency.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering (mechanics, materials, industrial design, general engineering). No specific certifications required.
