**Job title** Clinical Deputy Manager **Role Summary** Provide leadership and operational support to the nursing and care team within a residential care setting, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous professional development. **Expectations** • Deliver consistent, high‑standard care aligned with individual resident needs and contractual obligations. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practice, infection control, medication management, and relevant health‑care guidelines. • Support the Home Manager in strategic service planning, quality improvement, and compliance with CQC and NMC requirements. • Lead, mentor and supervise nursing staff, fostering a safe and collaborative team culture. • Communicate effectively with residents, families, allied health professionals, and regulatory bodies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Support Home Manager in strategy development and implementation of service changes. 2.
