L’ambition est de devenir la référence mondiale de la mode circulaire en connectant designers engagés, professionnels de l'industrie et consommateurs, pour une mode aussi créative qu’intemporelle. Né d'une passion sincère pour la mode, REINER est fondé en 2020 par Benjamin Farcy et Justin Chiron, puis lancé l'année suivante en tant que marketplace destinée aux designers. Job Description
Job Title: Retail Operations Manager Assistant Role Summary: Assist founders in managing performance and quality of execution across two Parisian retail corners, combining strategic analysis, team leadership, stock control, merchandising, and commercial activations. Expectations: Deliver monthly revenue targets, maintain high conversion and average basket value, implement growth initiatives, and uphold brand experience standards. Provide regular reporting to leadership and support the launch of new retail spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Define and track monthly sales objectives for each outlet. - Monitor daily and weekly KPIs (CA, basket size, conversion, productivity); analyze trends and recommend corrective actions. - Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule sales staff across both sites; ensure balanced coverage during peak periods. - Foster a culture of excellence, service, and brand storytelling among teams. - Oversee inventory receipt, rotation, and visual presentation; ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards. - Forecast restock needs and assist in stock optimization. - Develop and execute retail activation calendar (events, pop-ups, activations) in alignment with marketing initiatives. - Coordinate on‑site implementation of promotional activities and maintain consistency between marketing messages and customer experience. Required Skills: - Strong organizational and analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and reporting tools. - Proven leadership ability, interpersonal communication, and team‑building skills. - Commercial acumen with a passion for contemporary fashion. - Detail‑oriented, highly diligent, and able to work under tight deadlines. - French (native) and English (fluent) proficiency; good grasp of digital retail tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Final‑year student in Commerce, Management, Retail, or Fashion (or equivalent). First successful experience in a point‑of‑sale management role within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sector preferred.
