**Job Title:** Futures Social Media Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Own and expand Prop Firm Match’s futures‑focused social media channels, delivering timely, accurate, and engaging content that positions the brand as an authoritative source for traders and drives measurable audience growth.
**Expectations:**
- Build an engaged futures audience within the first 90 days and sustain growth.
- Maintain a consistent posting rhythm across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram.
- Produce 3‑4 original, value‑driven pieces weekly on market trends, firm updates, and education.
- Track post‑level metrics, deliver monthly insights, and refine strategy based on data.
- Collaborate with Head of Content and Growth teams on campaigns and calendar planning.
- Serve as the internal and external voice for the futures brand, cultivating community relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor top futures prop firms for news and translate updates into concise posts.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with PFM’s tone of authority and transparency.
- Manage a shared content calendar and ensure no missed postings.
- Analyze engagement data, report findings, and propose experiments (A/B tests, UGC, influencer collaborations).
- Coordinate cross‑channel consistency with marketing initiatives and blog releases.
- Act as the go‑to expert for futures‑related content within the organization.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven social media management experience (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram) with demonstrable audience growth.
- Excellent written English (C1+), ability to craft clear, trader‑focused copy.
- Strong familiarity with futures markets or proprietary trading industry.
- Content creation, editing, and visual basics.
- Data‑driven mindset: proficiency in tracking metrics, reporting, and optimizing performance.
- Highly organized, reliable posting schedule, and calendar ownership.
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative communicator with attention to factual accuracy.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing) are a plus.
