**Job Title:** Senior Full Stack .NET Developer / Tech Lead (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development, evolution, and quality assurance of finance applications in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment. Drive architectural decisions, mentor the development team, and ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and DevOps practices.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in demanding DevOps environments.
- Proven expertise in .NET (6/7/8) and Angular (latest versions).
- Strong architectural mindset with ability to influence technology choices and documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills: mentorship, pair programming, and effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
- Continuous improvement orientation—identifying and implementing performance, cost, security, and process enhancements.
- Willingness to stay innovative and embrace new challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain finance applications on Azure (App Service, Functions, Key Vault, AAD).
- Write clean, secure, and performant .NET/C# and Angular/TypeScript code; implement REST APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, unit and integration testing, and apply DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, and Product Owner teams to align on requirements and delivery.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct pair programming sessions, and foster skill growth.
- Contribute to architectural design, create technical documentation, and support deployment pipelines.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives targeting performance, cost optimization, security, and process efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
*Front‑end* – Angular (latest), TypeScript, Redux, Jest/Jasmine
*Back‑end* – .NET 6/7/8 (C#), RESTful APIs, Azure Functions
*Data* – SQL, Databricks
*Cloud* – Microsoft Azure (App Service, Key Vault, AAD, AKS)
*DevOps* – CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
*Testing & Quality* – Test strategy, linting, code coverage, CI integration
*Security* – Secrets management, RBAC, compliance, Key Vault integration
*Other* – Experience with Java is a plus
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Other .NET or cloud certifications are advantageous.
