Job title: Scrum Master
Role Summary
Senior Scrum Master responsible for ensuring Agile teams operate efficiently, adopt and adhere to Scrum practices, and deliver high‑quality software. Drives continuous improvement, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and collaborates closely with Product Owners to align priorities and clarify requirements.
Expectations
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience, preferably in imperative programming environments.
- Certified PSPM (Professional Scrum Product Manager).
- Experience in the insurance or mutual sector is an advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for coaching, organizing, and continuously improving Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach development teams on Scrum adoption and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, clarify priorities, and ensure business value alignment.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize sprint execution.
- Define, track, and analyze Agile metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality delivery.
- Monitor sprint progress and enforce commitments.
- Foster team cohesion and autonomy, supporting a self‑organizing environment.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Report and resolve blockers, ensuring timely escalation.
- Participate in steering and governance committees, ensuring adherence to Agile standards and processes.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in imperative software development, DevOps, and Cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze Agile metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, listening, and pedagogical abilities.

Required Education & Certifications
