Job Description
**Job Title:** Social and Family Economy Advisor (CESF) **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive social and economic support to residents facing difficulties, develop and implement municipal social policies, and coordinate preventive and collective actions. Work collaboratively within the Social Action Center to improve living conditions, promote social inclusion, and address housing, senior, and emergency needs. **Expectations:** - Proactive in proposing and shaping social policy. - Strong collaborative mindset, supporting team and partner relations. - Autonomous, organized, and able to manage stress and urgent situations. - Versatile and responsive to diverse client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct socio‑economic assessments (housing, budget, consumption, health, etc.) for individuals 26+. - Design and monitor socio‑budgetary support plans; draft social reports for assistance requests. - Mobilize internal and external social aid resources; respond to emergencies. - Implement collective interventions (budget education, social inclusion, prevention, home‑stay support). - Facilitate access to housing; prevent evictions; address poor housing and energy poverty; process domiciliation files. - Serve as senior‑service liaison: evaluate home‑care needs, manage meal‑delivery and tele‑assistance cases, coordinate cold‑wave/heat‑wave plans, organize “Blue Week” events, handle legal aid and alimentary obligations. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of legal social aid, over‑indebtedness, consumer law, and guardianship regulations. - Project engineering methodology and ability to develop/monitor interventions. - Strong interview techniques: active listening, observation, analysis, evaluation. - Negotiation and mediation capabilities. - Excellent written communication: drafting letters, reports, and summaries. - Partnership building and transversal teamwork. - High autonomy, rigor, methodological approach, and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent cases. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social and Family Economy, Social Work, or related field. - Professional experience in comparable social advisory roles preferred. - Familiarity with national social assistance frameworks and certification in relevant social welfare regulations is advantageous.
