Job Description
Job Title: HR Data Management Lead Role Summary: Lead the governance, quality, and analytical handling of all HR data, ensuring accurate information flows across HR processes such as payroll, time tracking, recruitment, training, and social reporting. Act as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, IT, and system vendors to optimize HRIS tools and support data-driven decision‑making. Expectations: - Maintain high data integrity, security, and accessibility across all HR platforms. - Deliver timely social reports (RSU), dashboards, and ad‑hoc analytics to senior management. - Continuously improve HRIS functionality through configuration, automation, and process simplification. Key Responsibilities: - **Data Governance**: Validate, cleanse, and secure HR data; create queries, extracts, and automated workflows. - **Social Reporting**: Coordinate and produce the Unified Social Report (RSU); respond to executive data requests. - **Analytics & Dashboards**: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI tools for HR and business leaders. - **HRIS Administration**: Manage day‑to‑day operations of EKSAE, SAP BO, and SEDIT; configure interfaces and user permissions. - **System Maintenance & Upgrades**: Track vendor releases, plan changes, and execute software updates in collaboration with IT. - **Process Optimization**: Identify manual, time‑consuming tasks and automate them; streamline payroll, time, recruitment, training, and social protection processes. - **Change Management**: Translate technical concepts into HR‑friendly language; lead user adoption and methodology updates. - **Training & Documentation**: Draft technical guides, process procedures, and conduct training sessions for end‑users. - **Support & Issue Resolution**: Act as the primary point of contact for user problems; troubleshoot and resolve system or data defects. Required Skills: - HRIS administration (EKSAE, SAP BO, SEDIT) with strong data quality management. - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automation). - Business Objects expertise for data extraction and report creation. - Experience preparing social reports and HR process documentation. - Analytical mindset, curiosity, and proactive data trend identification. - Excellent communication, empathy, and teaching ability to demystify technical data. - Team player with cross‑functional collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required; relevant HRIS or analytics certifications are advantageous.
