Job Title: Full Stack Lead Developer (React, React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL)
Role Summary: Lead architect and development of web and mobile applications, overseeing design, implementation, and delivery across frontend and backend stacks. Responsible for mentoring a developer team, establishing best practices, and ensuring high quality, scalable, secure solutions.
Expectations:
- 4‑6 years of full‑stack development experience with hands‑on leadership.
- Proven track record of designing scalable, cloud‑native applications.
- Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable web and mobile solutions using React, React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, enforcing coding standards, code reviews, and high‑quality deliverables.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and mobile clients.
- Optimize application performance through query tuning, caching, and efficient rendering techniques.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Implement robust security measures, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and deployment workflows on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Nginx.
- Stay current with industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- Frontend: React, React Native, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST, GraphQL, microservices architecture.
- Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, optional PostgreSQL; proficiency in query optimization.
- State Management: Redux, Vuex, Context API.
- Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Testing: Jest, Mocha, Cypress, React Testing Library.
- DevOps & Deployment: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, CI/CD pipelines.
- Mobile Development: React Native, Expo.
- Bonus: Experience with Azure or GCP, Firebase, Stripe, Twilio, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
