**Job title:** Chef de projet IT F/H **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end IT project management for software solutions commissioned by health and social care organizations. Ensure regulatory compliance, scalability, and feature delivery while keeping products operational for clients. **Expactations:** - Deliver projects on time, within scope and quality standards. - Maintain continuous alignment with regulatory requirements, especially regarding health data handling. - Facilitate effective communication across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft project charter documents and detailed scope notes. - Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for full project lifecycle. - Lead steering committee meetings and provide status reporting. - Conduct workshops and facilitate solution design sessions. - Coordinate product maintenance and operational readiness activities. - Monitor compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in modern project tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). - Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks. - Project planning, tracking, and reporting capabilities. - Professional business‑level English communication. - Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate stakeholder collaboration. - Experience with regulatory or data privacy requirements is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering or IT project management degree (or equivalent). - Minimum one successful IT project management experience. - Relevant Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, PMI‑ACP) preferred.
