**Job Title** Qualtrics Implementation Consultant (Contractor) **Role Summary** Lead the migration from Medallia to Qualtrics, acting as the primary administrator, designing surveys and dashboards, integrating with key business systems (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.), and ensuring data accuracy and platform stability for a high‑volume Customer Experience platform implementation. **Expectations** - Deliver a fully functional, secure Qualtrics environment on schedule. - Maintain platform performance and compliance with data governance. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide ongoing support and documentation for future enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as Qualtrics administrator and power user. - Build, manage, and optimize surveys, workflows, dashboards (Power BI). - Handle platform configuration, user permissions, and security settings. - Manage data import/export via SFTP, APIs, and file management. - Integrate Qualtrics with Salesforce, Adobe, and other enterprise systems. - Create data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, and process flows. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to define business requirements. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution. - Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics (admin & power‑user level). - Experience with Medallia, InMoment, or similar platforms. - Hands‑on with APIs, SFTP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. - Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent BI tools. - Strong project management: planning, execution, stakeholder coordination. - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks. - Knowledge of closed‑loop feedback systems and survey design. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field. - Qualtrics CX Platform certification preferred; experience in other CX platforms acceptable.
