Job Description
**Job Title** ServiceNow Consultant **Role Summary** Senior-level ServiceNow consultant responsible for leading development, administration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions (ITAM, ITOM, Flow Designer, scoped apps, integrations) within a global delivery team. Acts as technical lead, mentor, and subject matter expert, ensuring alignment of platform capabilities with business objectives and driving continuous improvement. **Expectations** - U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship). - Minimum 10 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience (development, administration, deployment). - Proven track record as project or program leader. - Strong communication, autonomy, and self‑motivation. - Commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with platform owners and architects to align technical solutions with business goals. - Maintain, enhance, and optimally configure the ServiceNow ecosystem. - Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities. - Mentor and guide teams on ServiceNow best practices and complex solutions. - Design, develop, and refine workflows, processes, and integrations. - Ensure platform performance, reliability, and seamless operation to meet business needs. - Provide consistent support and troubleshoot issues across the organization. **Required Skills** - Extensive ServiceNow development, administration, and deployment expertise. - Deep knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, Flow Designer, scoped applications, integration patterns, and automated testing frameworks. - Project/program management experience and strong leadership skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to teach, train, and promote best practices. - Self‑driven, responsible, and adaptable to evolving technology. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. ---
