Job Title: Systems Analyst – DocuSign Platform Role Summary: Administer, support, and optimize the DocuSign eSignature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment, ensuring high‑availability, compliance, and efficient contract workflows across business units. Expectations: Deliver reliable platform operation, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of contract processes; act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the DocuSign vendor; provide training and governance support to maintain best‑practice contract management. Key Responsibilities - Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, smart rules, eForms, and automation tools. - Provide technical support, training, and documentation to business users across multiple divisions. - Integrate DocuSign with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Active Directory) and enforce security, data integrity, and integration standards. - Monitor system performance, review release notes, coordinate with DocuSign on updates, and manage ticket resolution. - Collaborate with CLM Steering Committee and user groups to align workflows, ensure compliance, and oversee contract review & approval processes. - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor management, including issue escalation, contract renewals, add‑on procurement, and usage reporting.
