Job Description
**Job Title** People & Culture Intern **Role Summary** A full‑time, 3‑month internship focused on HR analytics and employee engagement. The intern will analyze survey data, develop action plans, coordinate initiatives, and support the People & Culture team through communication and project management. **Expectations** - Build skills in data analysis, project coordination, and HR reporting. - Deliver clear findings and recommendations that influence workplace culture. - Collaborate across teams to implement engagement strategies. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting team activities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Collect and interpret employee engagement survey data and other relevant sources. 2. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for the People & Culture team. 3. Communicate findings via concise summaries, visualizations, and presentations. 4. Coordinate meetings and initiatives that advance engagement efforts. 5. Conduct environmental scanning to inform workplace strategy. 6. Prepare agendas and minutes for the Workplace Culture Committee. 7. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the People & Culture team. **Required Skills** - Data analysis and quantitative reasoning. - Project management, including planning, prioritization, and collaboration. - Excellent oral and written communication; advanced English (C level), bilingual French/English preferred. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual collaboration tools. - Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities. - Attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional diplomacy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline. - HRIS experience (e.g., BambooHR) is preferred but not mandatory.
