**Job Title:** Head of Revenue & Growth
**Role Summary:**
Lead and unify the company’s revenue framework across sales, marketing, partnerships, and client success. Develop and execute strategies that maximize monthly recurring revenue (MRR), client lifetime value (LTV), and overall profitability through data-driven decision making and cross‑functional team leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Drive sustained revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
- Build and scale a high‑performance growth team; make staffing and performance decisions.
- Align revenue strategy with executive objectives and financial forecasts.
- Deliver measurable impact on key metrics such as MRR, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end‑to‑end revenue operations, integrating marketing, sales, and client success.
- Design and implement growth plans that increase MRR, LTV, and net profit.
- Optimize the sales process: prospecting, funnel management, closing, renewals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives (social, paid ads, SEO, email, content) to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Forecast revenue, analyze results, and collaborate with the CEO to ensure business goals align with financial outcomes.
- Produce data‑driven reports tracking KPIs (MRR, CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
- Identify and launch new revenue streams via partnerships, SaaS licensing, affiliate programs, and new service models.
- Implement systems, automation, and processes that boost productivity and scalability across departments.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven revenue leadership or growth management experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or agency settings.
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, automation, and digital marketing platforms.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team‑building capabilities.
- Analytical, data‑driven mindset with confidence in strategic financial decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or revenue operations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
