Job Title: Student Application Strategy Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate and execute student recruitment campaigns, manage application pipelines and CRM operations, analyze application data, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support enrollment targets for under‑enrolled campuses. Expactations: Deliver measurable improvements in application completion rates, maintain accurate data in SchoolMint and HubSpot, ensure consistent communication with prospective families, and collaborate with campus, marketing, and outreach teams to meet enrollment goals.
