Job Description
**Job Title:** Office Administrator **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture team and senior leadership. Manage day‑to‑day office operations, vendor relationships, facilities, and event coordination while maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. **Expectations:** - Operate 20 hours/week (Mon‑Thu); remote Mon, on‑site Tue‑Thu. - Deliver accurate, organized work in a fast‑paced, open‑concept setting. - Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive problem‑solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and operational budget. - Serve as liaison with building management, security, IT, and vendors. - Maintain office appearance and branding; coordinate décor and signage updates. - Oversee onboarding logistics: workspace setup, equipment provisioning, and hospitality. - Participate in Health & Safety & Fire Wardens Committee; conduct monthly safety inspections. - Monitor/respond to office mailbox, inquiries, mail, couriers, and deliveries. - Plan and support internal meetings/events: booking venues, invitations, catering. - Update digital signage with internal news and communications. - Provide executive support to President and Managing Directors: expense reporting, travel booking, calendar management. **Required Skills:** - Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Customer‑service oriented, responsive, and reliable. - Detail‑focused with high accuracy. - Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills. - Analytical problem‑solving and resourcefulness. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role. ---
