Job Title: Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and securing profitable renewals within the live entertainment, esports, and experiential event sectors. Lead cross‑functional collaboration across production, marketing, and creative teams while mentoring Client Success Managers to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction. **Expectations** * Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline and provide executive‑ready reporting. * Foster long‑term, profitable client relationships and anticipate market trends. * Implement scalable processes and maintain data integrity across global teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive account expansion and partnership development. * Negotiate renewals, upsells, and cross‑sell initiatives to maximize client value and profitability. * Guide and mentor Client Success Managers across multiple time zones, ensuring performance standards are met. * Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver seamless project execution. * Document all client interactions and sales activities using structured tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) for accuracy and forecasting. * Monitor entertainment and gaming trends to inform product roadmap and service offerings. * Attend industry expos, tournaments, and live events to strengthen brand presence and nurture relationships. * Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, communication standards, and documentation practices across global teams. **Required Skills** * Proven sales experience in live entertainment, esports, or experiential events (≥5 years). * Strong negotiation, closing, and partnership‑building capabilities. * Leadership and coaching skills for managing distributed teams. * Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and project coordination. * Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and reporting tools. * Ability to adapt to fast‑changing environments and deliver on multiple priorities. * Strong communication (written & verbal) in English; additional languages a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Relevant sales or industry certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, B2B sales credential) preferred. ---
