Job Description: Job title: Senior Salesforce Architect Role Summary: Lead discovery and end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation projects, translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions across clouds and integrations while providing architectural governance and stakeholder guidance. Expectations: 7+ years in Salesforce, including architecture roles; proven track record of leading discovery workshops, solution design, and full implementation cycles; expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and integration patterns; strong competency in data modeling, security, and governance; active Salesforce Architect/Consultant certifications. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate discovery workshops to capture and validate business requirements. - Define solution architecture aligned with business goals and platform best practices. - Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and middleware integrations. - Serve as trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. - Make technology decisions balancing functionality, performance, cost, and risk. - Provide architectural governance throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution integrity and adherence to design. - Identify risks, constraints, and trade‑offs early. - Support estimation, roadmap definition, and delivery planning. - Guide data model design, security architecture, and integration strategies. Required Skills: - Salesforce architecture and consulting expertise. - Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360 concepts. - Proficient in data modeling, optimization, and platform constraints. - Hands‑on experience with APIs, middleware, event‑driven integrations. - Strong understanding of security, sharing, and governance models. - Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation. - Proven estimation and solution‑shaping capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce certifications at Architect or Consultant track preferred.
