Job Description
Job title: Account Executive Intern Role Summary: Provide support in the daily operations of a French Riviera property management firm, handling client relations, vendor coordination, portfolio inspections, data management, and reporting. Gain experience in the full lifecycle of secondary property care, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance. Expectations: - Complete a 2‑month unpaid internship (May–June or July–August 2026). - Work independently and collaboratively within a regional team. - Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and proactive problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and documentation. - Conduct monthly inspections and meetings at villas and apartments. - Coordinate with vendors and partners, scheduling on‑site visits and providing status reports. - Prepare monthly client reports and database updates. - Conduct prospecting activities to identify new market opportunities. - Perform stock control and inventory verification for client properties. - Assist new clients through the onboarding process and introduce them to services. Required Skills: - Fluent in French (mandatory); Good proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time‑management. - Creative thinking, willingness to propose new ideas. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Interpersonal skills, active listening, and basic sales aptitude. - Ability to produce accurate business plans and reports.
