Job Description
**Job Title** Communication & Marketing Intern **Role Summary** Assist the Chief Marketing Officer in executing the hotel’s communication and marketing strategy. Responsible for content creation, social media management, press collaboration, and supporting event promotion over a 6‑month internship period. **Expectations** - Deliver engaging digital content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels. - Produce written briefs, newsletters, and press releases. - Support visual design tasks in Canva or Photoshop. - Monitor campaign performance and compile short analytical reports. - Coordinate media visits, influencer outreach and internal event communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, schedule and publish posts; moderate online communities. - Ideate, produce and edit photos, videos, stories, and visual assets. - Write articles, newsletters, and internal/external communications. - Assist in drafting and distributing press releases; liaise with journalists and influencers. - Track key metrics for marketing campaigns and update OTA platforms. - Contribute to local marketing strategy and partner outreach. - Help organize hotel events and manage related communication logistics. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication in English (French a plus). - Proficiency with social media platforms and community management. - Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop). - Familiarity with content scheduling and analytic tools. - Event coordination and media relations experience advantageous. - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in a Master’s program or equivalent postgraduate degree (Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field). - Certifications in digital marketing, social media management or graphic design are welcome.
