**Job title:** Business Development Manager (French) **Role Summary:** Drive business growth by acquiring and closing B2B partnerships in French-speaking markets, managing the end‑to‑end sales funnel, and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure successful onboarding and partnership expansion. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPI benchmarks for client acquisition and deal closure. - Maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality and travel tech landscape across assigned markets. - Deliver a professional, data‑driven sales approach while building lasting partner relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Acquisition** – Prospect and secure new B2B clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking. 2. **Deal Closing** – Lead negotiations, structure contracts aligned with company objectives, and manage the full sales cycle to finalization. 3. **Market Intelligence** – Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs to refine sales strategies. 4. **Performance Management** – Track progress against revenue targets and sales KPIs, maintaining accurate activity records in HubSpot. 5. **Cross‑functional Collaboration** – Coordinate with SDRs, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Partner Success teams for seamless lead handover and client onboarding. 6. **Process Adherence & Improvement** – Execute defined sales workflows, keep CRM data current, and provide feedback to enhance efficiency. 7. **Reporting** – Submit regular pipeline and deal status updates to leadership; share insights on market and partner trends. **Required Skills:** - Bilingual fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus). - 2–3 years’ proven B2B sales and negotiation experience in travel, SaaS, or related tech sectors. - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capability. - End‑to‑end sales process ownership: prospecting, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and contract signing. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. - Self‑motivated, independent work ethic with ownership mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. - (No additional certifications required.)
