**Job Title**
E‑Commerce Manager (Fixed‑Term) – F/H
**Role Summary**
Lead Fursac’s e‑commerce strategy across all online channels under the Digital Director, targeting profitable growth and a premium customer experience. Oversee site performance, European e‑partner channels, data‑driven optimization, and cross‑functional project delivery.
**Expectations**
- Ensure commercial results and operational excellence of the flagship site (fursac.com).
- Drive revenue growth through data analysis, testing, and customer‑journey optimization.
- Manage and expand relationships with European e‑retail partners while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead internal and external teams, coordinating acquisition, CRM, design, IT, logistics, and finance.
- Deliver actionable insights and regular performance reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the commercial calendar, offers, storytelling, and product highlights.
- Monitor, analyze, and act on key KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.) using Google Analytics, heatmaps, UX tracking, and A/B tests.
- Identify growth levers and implement data‑backed initiatives.
- Supervise and motivate the e‑commerce team; coordinate with acquisition, CRM, web design, IT, logistics, and finance stakeholders.
- Optimize the full customer journey from landing page to checkout.
- Oversee performance of e‑partner platforms (e.g., Farfetch, GaleriesLafayette.com); develop trade‑marketing plans and activation campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand assets, product content, and storytelling across partner sites.
- Scout new partnership opportunities and market expansions.
- Manage corrective and evolutionary site maintenance (TMA) with internal IT, group teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Prioritize, scope, and evaluate profitability and complexity of key digital projects; support roadmap implementation.
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards; analyze user journeys and friction points.
- Provide actionable insights to inform product, marketing, and CRM strategies; recommend content, UX, offer, and pricing optimizations.
**Required Skills**
- Proven e‑commerce management experience (minimum 3 years), preferably in luxury or fashion.
- Strong analytical ability; proficient with Google Analytics, heatmaps, UX tracking, A/B testing, and CRM data.
- Project‑management competence; ability to lead cross‑functional and external teams.
- Commercial acumen with track record of meeting growth and profitability targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French proficiency advantageous.
- Leadership experience, having managed a team or function.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification, CRO/UX certification) are a plus.
