Senior Frontend Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high‑performance front‑end applications for web and mobile using React and React Native. Drive architectural decisions, enforce code quality and accessibility standards, and mentor junior developers within a cross‑functional, autonomous engineering environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and maintain responsive web and mobile interfaces with React, React Native, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate front‑end components with microservice back‑ends and AWS cloud services.
- Define and promote best practices for architecture, coding standards, testing (TDD/BDD), and accessibility.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration for efficient deployment.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with product, design, and QA teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Influence and document frontend technology strategy at the senior leadership level.
**Required Skills**
- Strong proficiency in React & React Native with TypeScript.
- Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with AWS services, microservices architecture, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows.
- Understanding of DDD, TDD, and test‑driven development practices.
- Commitment to clean, testable, accessible code.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect or Developer) is desirable but not mandatory.
