**Job Title** Salesforce Tech Lead / Solution Architect **Role Summary** Lead the design and evolution of a scalable, resilient enterprise architecture that integrates Salesforce with core systems. Translate complex business needs into technical roadmaps, mentor the development team, and ensure all changes preserve system integrity while meeting regulatory standards. **Expectations** - Own the end‑to‑end system architecture and process mapping. - Deliver clear, data‑driven communication to both business and technical stakeholders. - Mentor and elevate team members on design rationale and best practices. - Proactively assess downstream impacts of architectural decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and maintain overall systems architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience. - Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and design documents. - Guide design sessions, demos, and impact analyses for new features and integrations. - Establish technical standards for development, configuration, automation, and post‑production support. - Anticipate and mitigate risks from cross‑system interactions and regulatory changes. - Mentor developers on solution logic and architectural principles. - Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect with end‑to‑end system responsibility. - Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (configurations, automation, REST APIs, integrations). - Strong analytical abilities for process mapping, edge‑case identification, and system interaction modeling. - Structured, holistic thinking balancing detailed and big‑picture concerns. - Excellent communication skills; able to articulate technical decisions to business and technical audiences. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Experience working in fast‑paced, regulated environments (biotech, healthcare, enterprise SaaS). - Familiarity with healthcare standards, compliance requirements, or CLIA/CAP processes is an advantage. - Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Workato) and advanced Salesforce use beyond standard clouds is preferred. - Background in business process optimization or reengineering is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant Salesforce certifications are valued but not mandatory.
