**Job Title**
Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary**
Maintain and evolve a multi‑environment Salesforce platform for a national advisory firm. Administrate platform configuration, user management, security, data integrity, Experience Cloud sites, and DevOps pipelines through Copado while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
**Expectations**
- Operate daily admin tasks and support end‑users across all Salesforce environments.
- Deliver reliable deployments through a defined DevOps workflow.
- Ensure data quality and system performance.
- Foster adoption of new features and maintain clear documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Manage users, licenses, security settings, and troubleshoot account/permission issues.
- Communicate system updates, conduct training, and drive user adoption.
- Administer Copado: user access, deployment pipelines, automation, and Git integration.
- Oversee multi‑environment release cycles (Dev → QA/UAT → Production).
- Enforce change and configuration management standards (documentation, approvals, backup).
- Perform data cleanup, load, and export using Workbench, Data Loader, OwnBackup.
- Monitor, resolve, and document integration errors.
- Configure and maintain Experience Cloud sites, external user access, and branding.
- Provide troubleshooting and performance optimization for Experience Cloud.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of Salesforce administrative and DevOps experience.
- 3+ years of Copado administration.
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Apex, or Flow.
- Experience with OwnBackup, Workbench, and Data Loader.
- Strong understanding of Git, version control workflows, and branching models.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑moving financial services environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) required.
- Copado Certified Administrator or Consultant preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
