**Job Title:** CRM Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Drive customer loyalty, retention, and revenue growth through data‑driven segmentation, automation, and AI‑enhanced personalization.
**Expectations:**
- Translate business objectives into a measurable CRM roadmap across email and SMS.
- Deliver real‑time segmentation, automated workflows, and personalized content that drive engagement, minimize churn, and increase repeat purchase frequency.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage the overall CRM roadmap aligned with marketing calendar.
- Architect, launch, and continually refine automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, post‑purchase, replenishment, churn prevention, win‑back).
- Identify and drive new customer engagement opportunities.
- Own segmentation strategies targeting lifecycle stage, behavior, purchase frequency, and engagement level.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure on‑brand, resonant messaging and visuals.
- Test and implement AI‑driven personalization (dynamic content, predictive send times, product recommendations).
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, cadence, and segmentation to optimize metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure a seamless journey.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; deliver high‑impact insights and strategic recommendations.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical ability for data‑driven decisions and trend identification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven expertise in customer segmentation, automation workflows, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive) and optimization tools.
- Project management skills to drive CRM initiatives to completion.
- Comfortable with tech tools for CRM, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools is preferred.
