**Job Title:** HTML Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, code, test, and deploy responsive HTML email campaigns for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HubSpot. Maintain existing SFMC operations while supporting migration to HubSpot, ensuring seamless, data‑driven email execution and optimal deliverability.
**Expactations:**
- Convert design assets (Figma, wireframes, images) into mobile‑optimized HTML emails.
- Build and maintain modular, reusable email templates.
- Manage cross‑platform workflows, personalization logic, and automation.
- Deliver QA‑tested emails with compliance to CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and accessibility standards.
- Provide technical insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and web teams to meet project deadlines.
- Perform light front‑end web tasks (landing pages, microsites) as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Code responsive HTML/CSS emails for SFMC (Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Query Activities) and HubSpot (drag‑and‑drop builder, HubL).
- Implement AMPscript for dynamic content and SQL for data extensions in SFMC.
- Create and test HubSpot workflow emails using personalization tokens and smart content.
- Conduct rendering tests in Litmus; troubleshoot cross‑client compatibility.
- Lead templates migration, workflow mapping, and data modeling during platform transition.
- Analyze email performance metrics, adjust tactics, and report results.
- Coordinate priorities, revisions, and timelines with stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert HTML/CSS for email, email development best practices, accessibility.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Query Activities, AMPscript, SQL, data extensions, Data Views.
- HubSpot: Drag‑and‑drop builder, HubL, CRM segmentation, personalization tokens, smart content, workflows.
- Email rendering tools (Litmus), compliance knowledge (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR).
- Front‑end web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for occasional landing page updates.
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong QA, troubleshooting, and multitasking in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Website Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in email, brand, and digital design; marketing or advertising background preferred.
