Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation projects for public‑sector clients using Salesforce Industries (SFI) solutions, including OmniStudio and Vlocity. Architect scalable, secure application and integration layers, mentor teams, and drive adoption of best practices across stakeholder groups.
Expectations
* Deliver enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations that meet business goals and compliance standards.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership, partners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment between solution design and stakeholder expectations.
* Mentor and develop internal and external resources to elevate architectural quality and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging Salesforce’s platform and SFI solutions for digital transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with client leadership to champion best‑practice adoption.
• Design sophisticated business processes using OmniStudio, Vlocity, Force.com, and integration tools tailored to client needs.
• Proactively manage customer expectations, address complex challenges, and collaborate with third‑party partners to deliver optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and cross‑functional teams to design and implement custom technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks in solution design and implementation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Mentor internal and external teams on application and integration development practices.
• Lead initiatives that expand the consulting practice and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
* 6+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting, with full‑project‑lifecycle experience and Agile methodology proficiency.
* Proven track record delivering large‑scale Salesforce projects, preferably within Industries verticals (Public Sector, Communications, Media, Insurance, Health, Energy, Utilities).
* Deep expertise in application design, data modeling, integration (REST/SOAP, middleware), and security architecture on Salesforce.
* Strong analytical and business process optimization capabilities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Leadership aptitude to influence and advocate for best practices across organizations.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
* Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent) preferred.
