Job Description: **Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Architect **Role Summary:** Leads digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) solutions. Designs and delivers complex, enterprise‑level Salesforce architectures—including application, integration, and security components—while guiding clients, partners, and internal teams to achieve business‑critical outcomes. **Expectations:** - Provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform adoption and best practices. - Build trusted relationships with client leadership and ensure alignment with business goals. - Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively. - Mentor and develop internal and partner teams. - Contribute to internal practice growth and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement sophisticated business processes using OmniStudio/Vlocity and Force.com. - Lead solution design, integration, and security architecture for Salesforce Industries projects. - Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to deliver tailored solutions. - Identify and address potential risks in design and implementation. - Provide technical mentorship and support to development teams. - Drive internal initiatives to expand consulting practice and knowledge base. **Required Skills:** - 6+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting, full project lifecycle experience (Agile). - Deep expertise in Salesforce Industries (any vertical) and OmniStudio/Vlocity. - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Proven ability to analyze, design, optimize, and automate business processes. - Leadership and influencing skills to champion best practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Technical Architect, Industry Solution Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
