**Job Title**
Lead I – Cloud Infrastructure Services
**Role Summary**
Lead the operations and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets Cloud, ensuring high availability, performance, governance, and user enablement. Focus on platform reliability, incident response, and automation, with minimal development responsibility.
**Expectations**
- Achieve and sustain >99.9% uptime for all AEM Assets environments.
- Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance across the platform.
- Reduce recurring operational issues by automating workflows and processes.
- Provide timely support, training, and documentation to internal content and creative teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of AEM Assets Cloud (author, preview, publish tiers) using Cloud Manager CI/CD.
- Monitor performance metrics (compute, orchestration, replication, CDN, storage) and respond to incidents with root‑cause analysis.
- Enforce governance: asset lifecycle, metadata standards, access controls via IMS.
- Maintain logs, monitoring, and audit reporting to satisfy security and compliance requirements.
- Optimize and automate AEM workflows (creative production, approvals, delivery, image/video rendering, Sensei metadata extraction).
- Manage integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, marketing systems, and external APIs; ensure stable CI/CD pipelines.
- Deliver technical support and enablement to users (authors, librarians, activation leads) and produce best‑practice documentation.
- Collaborate with SRE/DevOps and cloud service providers on escalations and platform enhancements.
**Required Skills**
*Technical* – Hands‑on experience with AEM Assets Cloud, Cloud Manager, Adobe Admin Console; deep understanding of cloud‑native architecture, autoscaling, and distributed systems; DAM best practices (metadata, taxonomy, governance); log analysis, performance troubleshooting; familiarity with Adobe Sensei and asset processing pipelines.
*Soft* – Excellent communication, cross‑team collaboration, proactive problem solving, strong documentation and stakeholder management; ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent).
