Job Title: Vice President of Sales – Cybersecurity Services
Role Summary:
Senior sales leader responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding enterprise cybersecurity services portfolio (SOC, MDR/EDR, IAM, DLP, application security, and advisory). Owns the end‑to‑end sales cycle with a strong emphasis on outbound hunting, pipeline development, and high‑value deal closure, achieving minimum $10 M annual revenue.
Expectations:
* Consistently meet or exceed a $10 M+ annual new revenue target.
* Build a scalable pipeline of at least 3× qualified opportunities.
* Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals and secure executive commitment.
* Deliver profitable, high‑win‑rate engagements while maintaining accurate forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Revenue Ownership & Deal Closure** – Prospect, negotiate, and close high‑value cybersecurity services contracts; lead pricing, contract, and executive negotiations; maintain forecasting accuracy.
2. **Pipeline & Outbound Sales Leadership** – Generate and sustain a 3× qualified pipeline; execute outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, partner channels); develop territory/account plans targeting mid‑market and enterprise clients (CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Security, Risk & Compliance, Procurement).
3. **Cybersecurity Services Sales** – Drive sales across the services portfolio; partner with presales/SMEs to craft value‑based solutions; articulate business value and compliance outcomes to executive audiences; collaborate with OEM/solution providers to achieve revenue targets.
4. **Client & Executive Engagement** – Own strategic client relationships: conduct discovery, workshops, executive briefings, proposal presentations; build trusted long‑term partnerships; travel 40–50 % as needed.
5. **Commercial Management & Governance** – Develop proposals, pricing, MSA/SOW/SLA structures; negotiate with legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure profitability and clear transition plans.
6. **Collaboration & Leadership** – Work with account executives, delivery teams, OEM/product alliance leaders, presales, marketing, and partners; provide pipeline, forecast, and deal health reports to executive leadership; contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and sales play development.
Required Skills:
* Proven track record of closing ≥$10 M annual services revenue.
* 10+ years in cybersecurity services sales, 5+ in deep specialization.
* Hunter‑style outbound selling, new logo acquisition, and enterprise multi‑stakeholder cycle management.
* Ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline and forecast accurately.
* Strong negotiation, pricing, contract structuring, and executive communication skills.
* Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.
* Familiarity with Microsoft security stack, cloud transformation, and integration with OEM/solution providers.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Certifications in cybersecurity or sales (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CPIM, or relevant Microsoft/Adobe certification) desirable but not mandatory.
