Job Description
Job title: Global Security and Compliance Head Role Summary: Leads and expands the Group’s worldwide information security and compliance program to protect data, technology, and manufacturing assets while enabling business growth and innovation. Establishes risk appetite, aligns security strategy with executive objectives, and promotes a strong security culture across all levels. Expectations: Deliver a globally integrated security framework that meets legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, enhances resilience against emerging threats, and supports operational continuity across IT and OT domains. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement strategic risk management vision for global security and compliance. - Build and nurture a high‑performing security team and foster a security‑centric culture within the organization. - Counsel executive leadership on acceptable risk thresholds and secure business initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement of security technologies and best practices across networks, cloud, and manufacturing processes. - Lead disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and incident response initiatives. - Coordinate with CIO and Chief Compliance Officer on budget, resources, and asset protection. - Conduct independent verification and validation testing of networks and critical applications. - Oversee global compliance programs (e.g., TISAX, GDPR, NIST, CMMC, ISO 27001) and manage certification processes. - Deliver regular threat intelligence reports and progress updates to senior management. - Manage security awareness training and technical education for all employees. Required Skills: - 10+ years of progressive management experience with 5–8+ years of hands‑on security, audit, and risk management. - Deep expertise in Microsoft Security & Compliance suite, OT/IT security, and threat detection. - Proven ability to operate in a global enterprise environment and influence cross‑functional stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (technical and non‑technical). - Strong strategic planning, program management, and analytical skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). - CISSP or CISM certification required.
