Job Description
**Job title** Senior Consultant – Finance & Procurement Transformation (SAP S/4HANA Focus) **Role summary** Lead finance and procurement transformation projects for high‑level clients, driving digitalization, data optimization, and sustainable practices. Guide cross‑functional consulting teams, manage client relationships, and ensure high‑quality deliverables from scoping to ERP deployment. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end client engagements, delivering sound business outcomes. - Demonstrate strong project leadership, risk management, and autonomous decision‑making. - Drive commercial and intellectual contributions: bid writing, proposal development, thought‑leadership content. - Mentor and grow team members, fostering knowledge sharing. - Maintain high standards of client service, quality, and compliance. **Key responsibilities** 1. Project scoping, business case development, and solution design for finance & procurement scopes. 2. Design and implement finance and procurement operating models, integrating process redesign and ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Public Cloud). 3. Lead the adoption of EPM, Source‑to‑Pay, Procure‑to‑Pay, and related modules. 4. Manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk controls. 5. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions across multi‑cultural business units. 6. Deliver training, change‑management plans, and documentation to support sustainable transformation. 7. Produce client‑facing deliverables: analysis, dashboards, implementation roadmaps. 8. Contribute to business development: identify opportunities, draft proposals, participate in tenders. 9. Share internal best practices via publications, webinars, and training sessions. 10. Support practice‑level performance metrics, recruitment, and recruitment material. **Required skills** - Deep understanding of finance & procurement process architecture. - Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related cloud solutions (EPM, Source‑to‑Pay, Procure‑to‑Pay). - Project management (planning, resource, risk, scope) with proven delivery record. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven mindset. - Experience in change management, evaluation of data governance and digitalization strategies. - Team leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Commercial acumen: proposal creation, business development, and partnership building. **Required education & certifications** - Degree from a top business school, engineering institute, or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s). - Minimum 3 years in consulting, audit, or finance/procurement project leadership. - SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP certification preferred (Certificates such as SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA for Finance/Procurement). - Project management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
