Job title: Bid & Proposal Writer – Federal Government Role Summary: Develop, edit, and submit high‑quality bid proposals and tender responses for the Government of Canada, ensuring full compliance with RFP requirements and scoring criteria. Expactations: Deliver complete, persuasive proposal sections independently; collaborate effectively with SMEs and consultants; improve bid templates and content libraries; meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and on‑contract resources. Key Responsibilities: - Write, edit, and review proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and related documents. - Own assigned bid sections from outline to final submission. - Translate complex technical information into clear, compliant, and persuasive responses. - Ensure adherence to federal RFP specifications and scoring guidelines. - Contribute to win themes, value propositions, and federal bid strategies. - Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, and standard content. - Manage multiple concurrent deadlines and on‑contract resource coordination.
