Job Description: Job title: Senior Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Lead the redesign of a proprietary CMS, extending both backend APIs and frontend components, ensuring high code quality, performance, and maintainability within an agile, collaborative environment. Expactations: • Minimum 5 years full‑stack development experience • Proven expertise in PHP, Symfony, and Doctrine • Strong API design skills (OpenAPI) and front‑end proficiency (Twig, Tailwind, HTMX) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern dev practices • Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical contexts, autonomous, and a proactive communicator. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with a 10‑person dev team on CMS architecture and implementation • Analyze business requirements and integrate data, AI, and semantic web considerations into solutions • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and front‑end features • Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain test coverage • Propose and implement performance and scalability improvements • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for seamless feature delivery.
