**Job title:** Strategy Intern
**Role Summary:**
Provide think‑tank support for client campaigns by researching audience insights, generating trend analyses, and developing strategic deliverables (personas, messaging frameworks, slides). Work in a fast‑paced agency environment, contributing to research, creative ideation, and presentation creation across multiple projects.
**Expectations:**
- Engage in high‑volume, ad‑hoc research assignments.
- Own the creation of trend reports, audience intelligence, and cultural calendars.
- Translate research into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain precise, polished written and visual content for internal and client deliverables.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and cross‑functional workshops.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research via social media, search engines, and industry sources.
- Source, organize, and summarize data, reports, articles, and media.
- Design and write slide decks, reports, and briefs using Google Suite.
- Monitor industry news and cultural trends; produce regular updates (e.g., culture calendar).
- Support creative ideation for client campaigns and brand strategy initiatives.
- Manage multiple research requests simultaneously with strong time‑management.
- Incorporate feedback to improve deliverables iteratively.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail); familiarity with Slack.
- Ability to learn and apply marketing research tools (e.g., Simmons, WARC, Statista, Brandwatch).

**Required Education & Certifications:**
