**Role Summary**
Lead the full human‑resources portfolio, aligning talent, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies with organizational objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, and employee experience while ensuring compliance and fostering an inclusive culture.

- Design, implement, and monitor total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition).
- Lead employee lifecycle initiatives, ensuring equitable, human‑centered policies.
- Provide conflict resolution and conduct sensitive workplace investigations.
- Champion people analytics, dashboards, and workforce insights.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications, Learning & Development, and Operations to align talent strategies with organizational priorities.
- Advise senior leadership on future capability needs, workforce trends, and legislative changes.
- Develop and embed EDI strategy, anti‑racism, accessibility, and reconciliation initiatives across people practices.
- Foster a culture of belonging, psychological safety, and respect.
