Job Description
**Job Title** Freelance Product Manager (Part‑time) **Role Summary** Act as liaison between Operations and Software Development teams, translating operational challenges into technical requirements and driving the product roadmap to deliver digital solutions for tenants. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years product‑management experience, preferably in SaaS B2B. - Ability to work remotely and meet with key stakeholders at least once weekly in person. - Demonstrated ownership of full SDLC from concept to release. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate operational issues into clear, actionable technical specifications. - Own and maintain the product roadmap in Notion, collaborating with designers on Figma. - Define user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, sprints, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). - Coordinate with developers on a mobile (React Native Expo) and a web (Ruby on Rails, Vue.js/React) platform. - Ensure alignment of product outcomes with business goals by partnering with stakeholders. - Oversee end‑to‑end SDLC, including testing, QA, and release deployments. **Required Skills** - Product ownership: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder communication. - Basic technical knowledge: Ruby & Rails, HTML/CSS, frontend fundamentals. - Experience testing mobile apps on emulators/simulators (Expo Orbit, Android Studio, Xcode). - Familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Git workflow. - Agile methodology expertise (Scrum, Kanban). - Strong written and verbal communication; solution‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Certifications in Product Management or Agile (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
