**Job Title:** ServiceNow Development Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions for an Information Security Services contract. Drive automation, workflow, and platform enhancements while ensuring compliance with ITIL and federal best practices.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow features on time with minimal defects.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain service excellence and platform reliability.
- Produce clear documentation and training materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and develop ServiceNow functionality (SLA, CMDB, ITSM, Event Management, Asset Management).
- Write server‑side and client‑side JavaScript; create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer logic.
- Implement integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub; expose/consume APIs.
- Perform data imports, transforms, and quality management across tables.
- Conduct unit, functional, UAT, and post‑deployment testing; troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
- Monitor performance, report technical debt, and recommend upgrades.
- Adhere to architectures, technical standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development/admin.
- Deep familiarity with ServiceNow platform tools, scripting, and configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with CMDB, configuration, event, and asset management modules.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or Master’s with 12+ years experience).
- Minimum 14 years overall technology experience (or 12 with Master’s).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications strongly preferred.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
