**Job Title:** Communications, Web Marketing & Customer Service Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Manage and produce digital content, engage and grow online communities, and deliver exemplary customer service for a niche B2C brand. Duties span editorial planning, social media execution, newsletter distribution, website copy (SEO‑focused), product launches, and direct client support via email.
**Expectations:**
- Role reserved for internship or apprenticeship candidates only (no permanent contracts).
- Self‑starter with strong time‑management, able to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
- Open to continuous learning and proposing new ideas for audience engagement and brand visibility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for the company blog; write, edit, and publish Wordpress posts.
- Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, short videos) and schedule publication across platforms.
- Monitor community interactions, moderate comments/messages, and respond to B2C inquiries.
- Draft and send approximately four monthly newsletters; manage email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand reach.
- Write and optimize SEO‑friendly website copy: product descriptions, landing pages, and automated email sequences.
- Upload new product listings, update website content, and ensure site consistency.
- Provide customer support via email, reviewing client designs, guiding personalization, and resolving issues promptly.
**Required Skills:**
- Digital native with fluency in major social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong writing skills, impeccable spelling, and the ability to adapt tone to brand voice.
- Creative mindset, keen eye for aesthetics, and experience producing varied multimedia content.
- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with keyword research tools.
- Proficiency in Wordpress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite (basic), and email marketing software.
- Excellent oral and written communication; ability to engage with clients and team members.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current enrollment or recent graduate in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Completed or underway internship/apprenticeship in a relevant domain preferred.
- Certifications in social media marketing, digital content creation, or SEO (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are an advantage.
