**Job Title**
ScrumMaster / Business Analyst – ServiceNow
**Role Summary**
Deliver federal ServiceNow projects by combining business analysis with Agile facilitation. Bridges stakeholders and technical teams, defines requirements, configures ServiceNow applications, and drives continuous improvement through Scrum practices.
**Expectations**
- Hold a valid Secret clearance.
- Work remote with a federal customer.
- Maintain rigorous process documentation and adhere to ITIL and regulatory standards.
- Keep velocity, sprint goals, and stakeholder expectations aligned.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items; groom and prioritize with the Product Owner.
- Produce business process workflows, technical specs, user guides, and test plans.
- Analyze and redesign existing ITSM/ITOM workflows; recommend improvements and map to ServiceNow modules.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Power Platform components.
- Build dashboards, reports, automation scripts, and maintain data integrity through testing.
- Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives; coach team on Scrum principles.
- Track metrics (velocity, burn‑down), remove impediments, and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; provide status updates, demos, risk escalation, and expectation management.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, 2+ years in ServiceNow implementation.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Power Platform.
- Hands‑on Scrum Master experience; certified Scrum Practitioner (CSM, PMI‑SCRUM).
- Process mapping, requirements documentation, and backlog management.
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API); dashboard and report creation.
- SQL/database query knowledge; data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent ServiceNow certification.
- Preferred: Certifications in ITIL fundamentals or advanced ITIL.
- Federal security clearance: Secret.
