**Job Title:** Staff Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary:** Lead foundational engineering efforts to build and scale an agentic AI platform for enterprise consumer research. Shape core infrastructure, design complex multi-agent workflows, and deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and enterprise-grade security.
**Expectations:**
- Thrive in ambiguity and high-ownership environments.
- Bridge technical depth with product impact, prioritizing speed and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex AI challenges.
- Embrace autonomy and context-switching in a fast-paced, hypergrowth setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own 0→1 and 1→N feature development across the stack (design docs, data pipelines, FastAPI services).
- Architect and implement AI agent orchestration systems with deterministic fallbacks, guardrails, and auditable workflows.
- Design React/Next.js interfaces for AI-native, human-in-the-loop user experiences.
- Build experimentation platforms (prompt/agent CI/CD, drift detection, safety layers, evaluation frameworks).
- Prioritize system performance via model optimization, caching, batching, and infrastructure efficiency.
- Ensure reliability through instrumentation, monitoring, on-call ownership, and incident postmortems.
- Mentor engineers and elevate team technical standards.
- Ship frequently with concise documentation, robust testing, and production-ready deployments.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and FastAPI.
- Expertise in LLM/agent systems, RAG, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone), and prompt engineering.
- Strong command of event-driven architectures, streaming, and workflow engines.
- Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus) and enterprise security (SOC 2/GDPR).
- Backend proficiency: Python frameworks, Kafka/SQS, database systems (MongoDB, S3, Redis).
- Infrastructure management: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Ability to leverage AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) for iterative code development.
- Clear communication and ownership mindset for ambiguous problems.
**Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified in the job description.
